I am Natalia Bennett, an experienced educator, and I have been the director of Mt. West Montessori School in El Paso for over 22 years. I hold a postgraduate degree in Montessori education and am a certified Montessori guide specializing in early childhood development. Additionally, I am the founder of Happy Breathing®️ and the creator of the SomaFlowBreath Method. I am certified in Somatic Breathwork and am also a Transformational Breath®️ facilitator and an ordained minister.
As an international speaker, I passionately guide individuals to discover their inner power and love through conscious breathwork. My life’s mission is to help parents and children connect deeply through the transformative practices of Montessori education combined with the healing
and empowering force of breath.
I currently reside in El Paso, Texas, with my husband and our four amazing children. I enjoy painting, hiking, and cooking with my family, embracing life’s beauty through mindful living.
