Session Recommendations:
For an optimal experience, you can use:

✨A comfortable blanket and pillow to create a supportive space for your practice
Commitment to Engagement: We guarantee at least two live sessions per month, providing 52 weeks per year of live connection or recorded sessions led by our founder, Natalia. This commitment ensures that regardless of your schedule, you have the opportunity to engage regularly and deeply with the breathwork community.
Sessions are on Saturday at 8:30 AM MT Time.
