How can I integrate this practice into my weekly routine?

Weekly Sessions: Just Breathe sessions are held every Saturday at 8:30 AM MT, hosted live via Zoom. This regular timing ensures you can integrate the practice into your weekly routine, setting a rhythm for personal growth and consistency.

Getting Started: Your journey begins with an initial session scheduled directly with Natalia Bennett, founder. This introductory meeting is designed to prepare you for the full sessions, offering you a foundational understanding of breathwork and how to make the most of each session.

Sessions that adapt to your life

Accessibility of Sessions: Understanding that life’s demands vary, every session is recorded and shared through the group chat. This allows you to benefit from each session at your convenience, ensuring you never miss out on the insights and the communal energy, even if you can’t attend live.

Session Recommendations: For an optimal experience, you can use: A phone or computer, Earphones (important for clarity and focus), A comfortable blanket and pillow to create a supportive space for your practice

Commitment to Engagement: We guarantee at least two live sessions per month, providing 52 weeks per year of live connection or recorded sessions led by our founder, Natalia. This commitment ensures that regardless of your schedule, you have the opportunity to engage regularly and deeply with the breathwork community.

OUR FOUNDER

Welcome! I’m Natalia Bennett, creator of Happy Breathing, a program designed to help parents nurture emotionally resilient, connected families. With over 25 years of experience as a Montessori school director and certified Transformational Breath® facilitator, I have seen firsthand the powerful impact of breathwork and emotional awareness on both children and parents.

I hold a Postgraduate degree in Montessori Education and am a certified Montessori guide for early childhood development. In addition, I’m a Transformational Breath® facilitator and an international speaker, with a passion for empowering parents through practical tools that promote self-regulation and heart-centered communication.

I live in El Paso with my husband and our four wonderful children. When I’m not teaching or facilitating workshops, you can find me painting, hiking, or cooking with my family. My work is deeply rooted in helping parents and children connect to their authenticity, using the Montessori philosophy and the healing power of breath to create meaningful, supportive relationships.

I’m thrilled to guide you on this journey of transformation and help you create lasting, positive change in your family life. Together, we’ll breathe, connect, and grow.
